jd ))) This is what burzum tries to be, but fails every time. A great album by a great band.

Apokatastasis Drudkh is my all time favorite band and Windswept is more or less old-school Drudkh under a different name. That being said, I fucking love this EP and would rank it right up there with some of Roman Saenko's best. Recommended for all fans of atmospheric black metal. Favorite track: Your Bitter Bread.

H.L. It is quite simple: If you like the atmospheric but focused sound of Drudkh, you will also like the repetitive, epic black metal of WINDSWEPT. As even the vocalist is the same, the differences are really negligible and that includes the quality. 25 minutes of intense Ukrainian black metal! Favorite track: The Seeker Will Find.

Mikolaj is a real multi-talent in bass as well as guitar as well as vocals and "Darkside" Maciej's drumming is a well-calibrated 100th-of-seconds-clockwork. J'avais dit que A Furrow Cut Short était un des meilleurs albums de Drudkh mais Їм часто сниться капіж (They Often See Dreams About the Spring) m'oblige à revoir mon jugement car il est encore meilleur. Le système de répétitions est toujours la clef de voûte de son black metal atmosphérique : il faudra tendre l'oreille car c'est par ses détails — les effets de chutes à la guitare, la batterie écrasante mais phénoménale — qu'il marque les esprits. La voix de Thurios est plus torturée que jamais. Jordan Vauvert
